Sr. M. Colleen McGinnity, B.V.M., Coordinator

Support Services:
From the Separated and Divorced Ministry website: "The Ministry to Separated and Divorced Catholics in the Diocese of Venice is intentionally designed to provide a sense of belonging (both as valued and needed members of the Church). As a peer ministry, it will provide compassion and understanding to those encountering the grief and trauma of separation and divorce, single parent challenges and issues, and clarification of Church teachings on divorce and annulment. This ministry also serves as an outreach to separated and divorced Catholics, who through some misunderstandings and/or past experiences, are not presently active participants in the Catholic community."
The Diocese of Venice also supports Rainbows, a program for Children of Divorced, Separated and Deceased Parent(s). For more information please contact the Separated and Divorced Ministry.
