Family Life's Single Again Ministry offers Beginning Experience and a weekly support group called Circle of Friends (details below). Lafayette—Circle of Friends. According to the Family Life web page, Circle of Friends is a program designed to help those suffering from separation, divorce or death of a spouse. Guest speakers address topics such as: pain of loss cycle, self-acceptance, helping children adjust after loss, financial and legal adjustments, new relationships, dealing with feelings, trust and forgiveness, single parenting, annulment and remarriage questions and being divorced and Catholic. As of this writing the support group meets every Monday from 7:00–9:00 P.M. at Immaculata Center, 1408 Carmel Drive, (Breaux Bridge Highway) Lafayette, and the contact is Wilda Bergeron, 337-984-2439.
