Living Single in a Couple's World
Exploring the Social and Spiritual Possibilities of Single Life
Saint Benedict Center
Schuyler, NE 68661-0528
10:00
A.M. – 4:00 P.M., Saturday, April 28, 2012
Little is spoken about being single, except as a condition to avoid.  Some are single throughout their life.  For others re-entry into a single life is challenging.  In the light of our Christian faith, it?s time to explore the social and spiritual possibilities of single life.
The Widowed, Separated & Divorce Support Group of Omaha will facilitate this retreat, together with Father Thomas A. Greisen, a priest of the Omaha Archdiocese who holds the position of Servant Minister, i.e. spiritual director of the diocesan priests, and Peg Schindler, R.N., a mother of three who lost her husband in June 2007.  Peg turned her personal tragedy around to help others realize that God is always with them.
The program fee is $30 ($39.76 with lunch) and a $25 non-refundable deposit is required.  Early reservations are appreciated.  See the WDS of Omaha newsletter for more information including a registration form and directions to the Saint Benedict Center.
