REFLECT Catholic retreats for singles is for and about adults in their mid-30s to 50s. It's for those who want to know themselves better and discover more about their capacity for life as a single man or woman.  It's an experience that calls us to believe in our value to the Lord, and to devote ourselves to caring for and serving others.

A weekend retreat from Friday evening until Sunday afternoon, through REFLECT is a unique and rare opportunity for mid-life singles to take a step back from everyday life to reflect on where they are at, where they're going, and how they're going to get there. It's a great way to meet new people, share new experiences, and draw closer to the giver of life - Jesus Christ. A REFLECT weekend gives you a chance to:

Form new friendships. Laugh and have fun in a relaxed, non-pressure setting. Learn that you make a difference in belonging relationships

This is accomplished through sessions presented by other lay single adults in a casual, trust-filled environment designed to help you grow and experience joy and peace. It helps you answer some of the unanswered questions in your life and take stock of the past while striving towards the future. REFLECT is your chance to reconnect with yourself and God.
